• Major Cities: 3 to 5 working days
• All Other Cities: 5 to 7 working days
• Remote Areas / Villages: 7 to 10 working days

Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, political situations, or holidays.
Once an order is handed over to the courier, risk and responsibility transfer to the customer.

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged parcels caused by courier companies.

Medano is powered by Shopify. However, all sales are made directly between you and Medano. Shopify is not responsible for any issues regarding your order or our products.
You expressly release Shopify from any claims regarding your purchases.

All personal information submitted to Medano is processed under our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s privacy guidelines.
