How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website in three simple steps:

  2. Add it to the cart.

  3. Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping and payment details.

Once the order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email or SMS.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:


  • Cash on Delivery (COD) (available across Pakistan)

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Can I exchange if the topi doesn't fit?

Yes, exchanges are accepted, but only if:

  • You contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • You provide a parcel opening video as proof.

Exchange courier charges must be paid by the customer.
Can I return a product?

You may return a product only if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and you have a valid parcel opening video.

Returns for size or preference changes may be accepted in limited cases, depending on condition and stock availability.
Why is a parcel opening video required?

To prevent misuse and to verify genuine claims, a clear parcel opening video is mandatory for:

  • Damaged products
  • Wrong items
  • Missing items

Without video proof, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
What if I receive the wrong size or color?

If the wrong item is delivered:

  • Send us a parcel opening video
  • Provide your order number
  • We will arrange an exchange or replacement as per policy
