Refund & Returns Policy

At Medano, we take great pride in offering premium-quality Sindhi, Balochi, and traditional cultural topis/caps. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we work hard to ensure every order meets your expectations.
Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept requests for returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  • You notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • You provide a clear parcel opening video showing the issue.

⚠️ Important:
No claim of damage, defect, or wrong product will be accepted without a complete parcel opening video.


2. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • The request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

  • All original accessories, tags, boxes, or packaging must be included.

  • Products that are used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.

Note:
Traditional caps (topis) are handmade cultural items, and minor variations in pattern or stitching are normal and not considered defects.


3. Return & Exchange Process

Follow these steps to submit a return or exchange request:

  1. Contact us at +92 300 3838755 within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and parcel opening video.

  3. Once your request is approved, we will share the return address and instructions.

  4. Ship the product back to us using any reliable courier service.

  5. After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or refund (if applicable).


4. Delivery Charges for Returns

  • All return or exchange courier charges must be paid by the customer.

  • Medano will not cover or refund any delivery costs unless:

    • You received a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

If the claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or compensation according to our policy.


5. Damaged or Wrong Product Claims

To claim a damaged or incorrect item:

  • You must provide a full parcel opening video from start to finish.

  • The video must clearly show the packing, the unboxing, and the issue.

⚠️ Without video proof, NO returns, exchanges, or refunds will be processed.

Once verified, we will provide a replacement or resolution as applicable.


6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and cultural craft reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used or tried-on topis/caps

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Items with stains, perfume scent, or wear marks

  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items

  • Items damaged by improper handling


7. Refunds

If your refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

  • Refunds will be issued via:

    • Original payment method, or

    • Store credit, based on your preference.

Refunds will not include delivery charges unless the return is due to a verified error by Medano.
